Sol, it’s an endangered Monk Seal and they are damn cute and lazy which helped make it possible for me to walk to within one foot of this guy to take the picture. They can be found on a lot of the beaches on the island of Kauai if you go far enough away from the loud and obnoxious tourists who all seem to come from either Japan or Florida. Hey, where were you last week?
